Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC)

About Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC):

The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) at BES College plays a vital role in fostering a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students and faculty. Established under the guidance of the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cell (MIC), the IIC aims to systematically nurture innovative thinking and creative problem-solving abilities within the academic environment. At BES College, the IIC serves as a platform to encourage, inspire, and support young minds to work with new ideas and transform them into prototypes or products. Through various activities such as idea competitions, innovation challenges, workshops, and expert talks, the IIC actively promotes innovation and start-up culture across departments. The council also bridges the gap between industry and academia by organizing interactions with successful entrepreneurs, innovators, and mentors. This exposure helps students understand real-world challenges and explore viable solutions through innovation.
